Travel + Leisure, a site that showcases the best destinations, recently tapped Saratoga Springs on the shoulder as one of the best places to travel in the month of June. See what they highlighted about the Spa City and visit before track season starts!
Saratoga Springs was listed second out of 10. Travel + Leisure called out the weather, several events, and things to do outdoors as reasons to visit in June – the weather is the 70s, the Freihofer’s Saratoga Jazz Festival and Saratoga Balloon & BBQ Festival take place, and it’s the perfect time to visit one of Saratoga’s lush parks.
The site mentioned The Adelphi Hotel as a fantastic place to stay that pays homage to Saratoga’s rich history; they also mention the famous mineral springs, and of course, the horse racing. Although they’re suggesting tourists visit during June, they can’t help but mention the Saratoga Race Course’s summer meet that starts on July 11th!
