From unique museums and galleries to world-class performing arts venues, the City of Saratoga Springs is a hotspot for arts and culture. In fact, USA Today recently nominated Saratoga as a contender for “Best Small Town Cultural Scene” in their 2020 10Best Readers’ Choice travel awards.

According to USA Today, the 20 nominees in the “Best Small Town Cultural Scene” awards category all feature a population of fewer than 30,000 people (as of the last census) but are major cultural destinations.
An expert panel selected Saratoga Springs as one of the nominees because the city is wonderful place to experience performing arts and music. Saratoga Performing Arts Center welcomes the New York City Ballet, Philadelphia Orchestra, the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center every year, as well as other acclaimed groups and performers. In addition, other venues host live shows and concerts that attract visitors from near and far. (This year is, of course, an exception.)
If you’d like to show your love for Saratoga’s cultural scene, then cast your vote in USA Today’s travel awards. Voting for the “Best Small Town Cultural Scene” category ends on Monday, June 29, and you can vote once per day throughout the duration of the contest. The winners will be announced on USA Today’s 10Best website on Friday, July 10.
