To help support people in the local area, the Union Fire Company will be hosting the 28th Annual Ballston Spa Community Thanksgiving Day Dinner on Thursday from 12:00pm-3:00pm. There is no cost to attend and enjoy a delicious meal or order takeout/delivery.
Santa’s Playland 2022 at Quick Response

Santa’s Playland has returned to Quick Response in Round Lake as of this week! The public is welcome to drive through the magical holiday lights display on select dates from now through January 6. Santa Claus will be visiting regularly as well.

Holiday Lighted Nights kicks off at the Washington County Fairgrounds this weekend. Start a new tradition with the family and enjoy a drive through this dazzling display of lights. Tickets are available for purchase now, all you have to do is select a date and time slot.
The 47th Saratoga Holiday Craft Marketplace

Shop till you drop at the 47th Saratoga Holiday Craft Marketplace, which will take place on Saturday from 10:00am-4:30pm at the Saratoga Springs City Center. Over 100 artisans will be displaying and selling their unique wares at the indoor market. You’ll find home and holiday decor, jewelry, food delicacies, pottery, fashion wear, and much more. Admission is $5 pre-sale and $10 day of, and proceeds benefit the Saratoga Center for the Family.
Salem’s Annual Christmas Parade

Bring the family to Salem this Saturday for the town’s annual Christmas Parade! This event is always a fun way to get into the holiday spirit, and the theme will be “Christmas at the Movies.” Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available for visits after the parade at the gazebo.

Visit Saratoga Arts on Saturday for their Holiday Market, which will be held on Fridays and Saturdays from November 26 through December 24. Artists from throughout the community will be featured every weekend, making this a great opportunity to both shop and support local.
Artisan’s Market at Brookside Museum

Stop by the Brookside Museum in Ballston Spa for the opening of their Artisan’s Market. Like past events, this market will feature only handcrafted products made by local artisans, such as natural soaps and lotions, ornaments, delicious syrups and edibles, and other products.
Canadian Pacific Holiday Train

After going virtual the past few years, the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train is coming back to the Saratoga area this weekend. The train will stop in Saratoga Springs and Mechanicville on Sunday, bringing holiday cheer and live music. Donations for local food banks will be collected at both stops.
