The Washington County Fiber Tour is a two-day celebration of the region’s fiber industry. During this self-guided tour, you can drive from farm to farm and check out a variety of free events, such as spinning, knitting, weaving, and felting demonstrations, meet the animals, and more. This is also a great opportunity to shop for yarns, fleeces, and other products.
Meet up with others in the community at Pitney Meadows for Tree Toga 2023! Sustainable Saratoga needs your help planting the next generation of trees. The event will kick off with a tree-planting training session, and then volunteers will head out to approximately 38 planting locations throughout Saratoga Springs.
Looking forward to the upcoming Kentucky Derby? So is the National Museum of Racing & Hall of Fame! Visit the museum on Saturday for their annual Kentucky Derby Preview Panel and find out everything you need to know about this year’s field. There will also be a screening of the documentary film “Mill Reef: A Legacy of Heart.”
