Having been an infrequent but interested golfer for the past 6-7 years, I decided it was time to learn what I was doing wrong. Most golfers know what I mean! This fall I enrolled in golf instruction at the Malta Community Center with Charles Veeder as the instructor. What a great experience! From the first lesson to the last, each participant received understandable, meaningful instruction from Charles. His depth of knowledge and experience in the game was apparent. Reflecting back, I think the following:
Each participant received individual instruction from start to finish each session; the skills taught were presented in a very logical/sequential fashion. Visual concrete examples were used that definitely stuck in your mind along with tools to learn the skills.

Spring is coming, and golfing weather can't come soon enough! But I've already gotten a jump on my golfing buddies because I've been taking refresher lessons from Chuck Veeder, an excellant teaching pro, one of the best I've met, and I have worked with several over the years.
Chuck wants to know what you want to work on in your swing...As a student of the game I wanted to resolve three swing issues,
1.Coming over the top
2.Using my lower body properly,
3. Finishing my swing facing the target.
Chuck videos your swing at the first lesson, and throughout each lesson. Then he begins to "show and tell", patiently explaining how to resolve the problem using various aids to reinforce his teaching, as you work hitting balls into a net. After three lessons of five I can feel a real difference in my swing. I am swinging with renewed confidence as I finish in balance, using my lower body properly, and no more coming over the top! Chuck is a pleasure to work with, and I heartily recommend him for any golfer, beginner or seasoned, who wants to improve his game!

I am 76 years old with a handicap of 23. I have taken lessons from various golf pros and really didn't improve my game. Chuck breaks the swing down simply, "Less swing thoughts - more target thoughts." First he video tapes your swing, then he breaks the swing down by grip, stance, posture, then swing. It all comes together very quickly and I can't wait to get to the driving range. I believe I will knock 10 strokes off my handicap with the knowledge Chuck has given me. Just started using the T-Golf system, and I am already amazed at the results the students are getting.
