About this event
Join Susan Meyer at the pavilion in Hudson Crossing Park (Co Rd 42, Schuylerville, NY 12871) for this unique meditation. We will observe and celebrate Summer Solstice by doing a special solstice meditation on abundance and light during this time of outward expansion. Learn about the significance of this potent point in the yearly cycle, and engage in reflective journaling. During the actual moment of Solstice, we will hold a sacred space together.
Susan Meyer has been practicing mindfulness meditation for more than 25 years. She has received mindfulness meditation teacher training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Her meditation practice has been her rock during the coronavirus pandemic, and she is passionate about guiding others to experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation.
