very good. Japanese fusion with a creative flare. The comfortable atmosphere makes it a nice place to enjoy a meal or there is take out and delivery options. Each dish looks as though it is art on canvas, a feast for your eye and palette. Try it, you'll love it!

When I first went to Duo Restaurant back in March I didn?t know what to expect being that I have never had any Japanese food before. The entire staff was very helpful in helping me decide what to eat. What a unbelievable experience, I?ve tried other Japanese restaurants since then and I will not eat any Japanese food anywhere else. It?s now the end of Sept and I want to thank the entire staff at Duo for truly a great summer of food and spirits got to get (sex on the beach) see you guys soon.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!..for the best Birthday I ever had! Duo made sure that my 35th Surprise Birthday was a night to remember. The food and drink were exceptional, the service impeccable, and the venue to die for! Myself and my guests enjoyed every component of it including the valet parking and a fantastic DJ who kept the party going all night! Duo is the best kept secret in Saratoga that will not be so secret any more!! Thanks again!

Food was great (they had a huge selection of sushi, a lot of the choices were unique including the Paradise); Ambiance was very modern (in a good way) and the cocktails were delicious (specifically the Pink Bubbly).

I was seeking a unique Mother's Day dining experience this year. I definitely found it at Duo! The beautiful, very relaxing atmosphere excited my senses immediately. From the very personal service received to the sumptous cousine, everything was superb!
Duo offers a huge variety of menu choices, even for those unfamiliar with Japanese cuisine. I do not eat sushi or sashimi but Duo offers a variety of scrumptious California rolls. I ordered the cucumber avocado roll. Yummy!I never had edamame (steamed soy beans) but my companion (familiar with Japanese cuisine) loves them. They are not listed on the menu but they are always available. We ordered the Ocean Treasure which is gulf shrimp, sea scallops and lobster in a basil lemon sauce - all very fresh and superb!
We were honored and delighted to meet both the owner Eddie and his excellent Chef Wilbur(who comes from Singapore)and is well versed in fushion cuisine.
Duo has a full service bar that has the most beautiful lightening accents. The whole Asian decor throughout transforms you into a very inviting cultural scene.
It is a complete dining experience like no other in this area. I highly recommend Duo. Dining at Duo for Mother's Day was the best! We will definitely be back. Welcome Duo!

From the moment we walked in, we were seduced by the Amer-Asian ambience of Duo. Relaxed to a dreamlike state, warm towels, attention to every detail. Service par excellence. This is not your typical New York "here's your food, what's your hurry?" restaurant experience. This is truly an extravagant cultural experience. On to the food! Presentation of our Ocean Treasure was superb.
The taste of seafood at its perfection and lightly accented by an unbelievable basil lemon sauce. Our Sashimi and sushi were flawlessly presented and outrageously good.
Right out of the starting gate, Lena, our wait staff was winning us over. Eddie, the house manager and Wilber our Chef graciously stopped by and gave us the warmest welcome, ever.
Pricing is really quite fair with Main Entrees ranging from $12-30 and Sushi and Sashimi quite reasonable starting at $3. You may only find a better dining experience in Saratoga, "In Your Dreams" Eddie and Wilber, we loved you guys so much, we'll be back!
