The US News' Best Nursing Homes list profiles more than 15,000 facilities and ranks them by state. The list is complied based on information and quality ratings provided by the federal government.
Facilities that ranked highest received an overall five-star ratings. Only about one out of seven homes, including Saratoga Care Nursing Home, earned a five-star rating and met this standard!
