Opening Day at Saratoga Race Course is less than four months away, which makes now the perfect time to start planning ahead for another memorable season of racing. If you’re interested in a reserved seat or a season admission pass this year, then check out the latest updates from the New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) below.

Get Your Reserved Seat at Saratoga Race Course
2022 marks a return to the traditional Saratoga Race Course ticket sales cycle after changes to the previous two summers. As of today, March 23, thoroughbred racing fans can now purchase full-season ticket plans, which include admission and reserved seats for the entire 40-day summer meet. These ticket plans are available on NYRA.com, where fans can access the Saratoga Virtual Venue seating map and preview their seat location before making a purchase.
Stay Tuned for Season Admission Passes
In addition, season admission passes for the 2022 summer meet will be available online starting Friday, April 1. These passes include entry to the racetrack for all 40 days, but they do not include reserved seats. Season passes for the Grandstand will cost $60 (daily Grandstand admission is $7), and season passes for the Clubhouse will cost $85 (daily Clubhouse admission is $10).
“As we celebrate the official start of spring and look forward to the opening of the historic Oklahoma training track in mid-April, we are excited to launch sales for season tickets and season admission passes for the 2022 Saratoga meet,” said NYRA Vice President, Sales and Hospitality, Kevin Quinn in a press release.
Season passes are a great option for fans who are planning to watch the races throughout summer, and they include admission on Runhappy Travers Day, which would otherwise cost $20 for advance Grandstand admission.
Saratoga’s racing season will begin on Thursday, July 14, and continue through Monday, September 5.
