On Saturday August 22, 2009, at 11:30 am, Airway Meadows Golf Course will host a benefit 5K Race/Walk in conjunction with it’s annual benefit golf tournament. The benefit is in memory of Tom Ellis Sr. and the recipient is Michael Riedy. Michael Riedy was diagnosed at the age of 28 with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and undergoes a chemotherapy regiment currently. Denise Romeo, IOM, Vice President of Membership Development and Loretta Rankin, IOM, Director of Marketing and Communications of The Chamber of Southern Saratoga County, have graduated from Institute for Organization Management (Institute), a four-year nonprofit leadership training program at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia and Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania respectively.
