ParkingThere are numerous FREE Parking lots and garages in downtown Saratoga Springs. There is a free all day parking lot and 2 hour lot off of Division Street (behind the Downtowner Motel). Turn down Church Street off Broadway and park in the parking garage or go down Phila Street for 2 hour parking in the parking garage. There is also a large parking lot between Congress Street and Washington Street that is for customers of the stores. If you are shopping at Cold Stone Creamery, Ann Taylor Loft, Gap, Chicos, or any of the other stores right in front of the lot, you can have them stamp your card for free parking. Right on Broadway, there is also a smaller 2 hour parking lot (right next to the Algonquin Building). If you are going to be spending the day at Congress Park, you may want to get a spot at the all day free parking lot between Henry Street and Putnam Street, right across from the park.
