The Saratoga Wine and Food Festival is a delectable event for wine lovers and fine dining enthusiasts, put on by the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. Once again this year, SPAC is joining forces with the Saratoga Automobile Museum creating one big event for three full days in early September: The Wine and Food Festival and Fall Ferrari Festival.

This year, the Wine and Food Festival and Fall Ferrari Festival weekend is titled "Celebrating Design," and will take place Sept. 10-12. This marks the 10th annual festival. Last year's festivities included award-winning Ferraris and wineries from around the world.

Participants can delve in and attend all three days of events, or simply enjoy the Grand Tasting where one can sample over 250 vintages from around the world, nibble on savory morsels from well-known area restaurants, and enjoy presentations from some of the world's leading wine and food experts.

The 10th Annual Wine & Food Festival and Fall Ferrari Festival is proud to present world-class auto designer Andrea Zagato and celebrity chef Lidia Bastianich as the Honorary Chairs. Friday, September 10, 2010

10:30 AM: Road Tour for Ferrari and Maserati owners through the Adirondacks for a lovely hour and a half drive. Enjoy lunch on Lake Geroge at the Lake George Club. Cost: $50

7:00 PM: Wine & Food Festival "Live On Stage" Gala - Some of the area's best restaurants are offering special festival menus paired with specially selected wines. Enjoy superb food and wine, as well the opportunity to discuss the art of fine dining with food and wine experts such as Lidia Bastianich, on of TV's best loved chefs. Also honoring the Italian Trade Commission and Andrea Zagato, world renowned auto designer from Italy. Enjoy a night of laughter, Italian-inspired cuisine,wine, and cars. Cost: $150

11:00 AM - Trade Tasting

1:00 PM - Concours Field Opens - Explore some of the rarest and most valuable collector Ferraris

1:00 PM: Grand Tasting & Ferrari Auto Show - A fun, engaging atmosphere of wine and car professionals! Enjoy samples of rare, vintage wines and get in on the Live Auction of Luxeries, where you have a chance to win a trip for four in Umbria, Italy among hundreds of other silent auction items up for bid. Cost: $75

4:30 PM: Live Auction - Have your chance to bid on rare wines and luxuries! Dessert and champagne will be served.

7:00 PM: After Party Aperitivo - Celebrating Italian Cocktail Culture! Don't end the night early, continue the celebration of the Wine and Food Festival & Fall Ferrari Festival with Italian fare from Chianti Ristorante, drinks from the open bar, and live music by The Accents! This event is hosted by the SPAC Junior Committee, and presented by Ketel One. Cost: $40
