I’ve never been so poorly treated by a business in my life. We ordered a flag approximately 3 weeks ago but were having issues with it being mailed to a certain address, so I drove there today. While there I had the pleasure of speaking with a lovely and very polite women. Shortly after I left and drove to the post office and within 5 minutes time I had to return to the store. This time I had the displeasure of speaking with a male there. I’m not sure who he was, or what his position within the company is, but I can tell you he was the most disrespectful and rude person I’ve ever dealt with. I started to explain to him my issue and what I needed in order to resolve this and he interjects and looks at me and ask,” is there a question?” I said well if you’re in a hurry, he replied yes I am. I was taken back so I misspoke and said that I needed a sticker, but within a few seconds corrected myself and said I need my postage that I paid for. He smirked and said I didn’t know they call them stickers, turned around and said I’ll get someone who speaks your language. Shortly after I spoke with the female that I dealt with On my first visit. We finished my transaction than I explained to her what just happened. Going forward If I’m ever in the need for a flag or banner I will gladly pay double the cost before I ever buy anything from this company again.
They display a mural on the outside of their building saying they honor those who serve, as a veteran if this is how you honor people I feel sorry for you.

As a customer, veteran and a member of the law enforcement community I am extremely disappointed.

P.S. I posted this same message on their Facebook page but somehow the review tab has been disabled and my review seems to have been removed. Events
