We're back and eager to host a spectacular evening at the Summer Benefit 2022: THE RETURN! Yaddo was founded in 1926 at the height of the Roaring ‘20s, a time of social and economic change not unlike today. Now, as then, after several years of upheaval we’re ready to celebrate!

Come join us under the stars for an evening of music, food and great company in honor of Yaddo’s reopening and in support of the world-renowned artists who come here each year to further their work and strengthen our community. With performances at Joe’s Pub and Lincoln Center, downtown superstar Joseph Keckler will be gracing the Yaddo lawn with a special performance.

All sponsors are invited to an exclusive VIP Hour. The event will feature cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction and live music by Hot Club of Saratoga. Joseph Keckler is a writer, singer and multifaceted creator who often zeroes in on moments of daily life and spins them into absurd and affecting underworld voyages.  Hailed by The New York Times as a “major vocal talent… who shatters the boundaries… with a trickster’s dark humor,” Joseph appears widely, having performed at Lincoln Center, Centre Pompidou, NPR Tiny Desk and others. His writing has appeared in McSweeney’s, VICE, and elsewhere, and in 2018 his first essay collection Dragon at the Edge of a Flat World was published by Turtle Point Press. This year he is an artist in residence at Dartmouth and The Ringling Museum, and is currently working on new films and recordings.
