Annual Saratoga Race Course Job Fair

Looking for an exciting summer job? Saratoga Race Course is hiring! The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is gearing up for the season and hosting a one-day job fair on Thursday, June 12th, 2025.

Representatives will meet and interview candidates for a variety of positions during the July 4th Racing Festival (July 3rd through July 6th) and the traditional 40-day meet, running from July 10th through September 1st.

Race Course Interview Schedule & Opportunities

Qualifications: You must be at least 15 years old to apply and provide New York State Certified Working Papers if under the age of 18, along with a photo ID and a social security card or I-9 alternative. Prospective security guards, cashiers, and betting clerks must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Security guards must also have a high school diploma or GED.

What To Bring

Working papers and two types of identification, which may include:

  • Driver's License or State ID (must be at least 15 years old to apply)
  • Social Security Card
  • Passport
  • Birth Certificate
  • Right-To-Work Visa

Where To Go

The job fair will take place at the 1863 Club at Saratoga Race Course. Attendees should enter through the Wright Street entrance (Gate 8), with parking available in the 1863 Club lot.

Be sure to dress professionally and come prepared for an interview. The event runs from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 12th.
