It is a great rule of thumb to drink lots of water before, during, and after your workouts. Keeping your body hydrated properly can really make a huge difference in the quality of your fitness routines. When you have not had enough water before you exercise, you could feel fatigued and lethargic before you even begin.
A few years ago, I purchased a Kleen Kanteen (27oz) with a sports top for my workouts. I absolutely love it! It makes the water taste like, well, water since it is made of stainless steel and is BPA free.
My point is, if you have a water bottle that you love and the water tastes delicious, you are probably more likely to keep drinking from it. Plus, it is has the benefit of being “green” since you are not buying plastic water bottles that are disposable after one use.
