Don’t you all wish we had just one extra hour each day? You could spend it with the kids, get more work done at the office, or get that extra workout in. Folks ask me all the time how I have so much time and energy to spend on fitness. My answer is; you have to MAKE the time as often as you can! On a more realistic note, I can understand that “life” can get in the way, so I try to think about each day being a brand new, fresh start to get healthy.
In a previous post, I talked about taking baby-steps to reaching your goals . One small goal that you may want to think about is finding a little time in your week for YOU. You might be able to do 10 push-ups before breakfast, or go for a walk during your lunch break. Baby-steps like this get going in the right direction and before you know it, you will be carving out an hour a day for yourself.
