If you are a parent, teacher, or student, I bet that this week has been hectic for you. In the many years that I have been a fitness instructor, I have always noticed a drastic decline in participants during “back to school” week. It has got to be tough to acclimate yourself to a brand new weekly routine. Let me help you!
If you are just too exhausted after school or work (or both), you could try working out in the wee hours of the morning. Some fitness classes are offered as early at 6:00am. Or, how about finding sometime after you put the kiddos on the bus? Try looking for class times that are around 9:30am or so. If you prefer to workout on nights and weekends, that is probably when you will find the widest array of fitness classes offered. Whatever you choose, don’t forget that time for YOURSELF is so important. You may have worked out extra hard this summer to get healthy, don’t let go of that motivation!
