Everyday life can sometimes get you down or stress you out, which might be why you choose to workout even harder, or on the other spectrum, skip your workouts. The holiday season in particular, can bring on its own set of obstacles and stress.
Making the time for yourself, even if it is just 30 minutes a day, can change your life. YOU deserve to be happy and you deserve that time. Forget about buying gifts, making cookies, trimming the tree and focus on YOU.
