Happy Holiday’s readers! Year after year, I see a steep decline in attendance in my classes during the holiday season. I am sure that you can relate to being just too busy to workout. Cookies need baking, presents need wrapping and the list goes on and on.
Consider this: give YOURSELF a gift this year – the gift of health by sticking with your usual workout routine. American’s on average, gain 7 pounds between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day. Do not allow yourself to become part of that statistic this year.
Sticking with your routine might require a little bit of homework. Look at gym hours, class schedules, and all of your options for the next few weeks. Break out your calendar and start finding where you have some wiggle room to workout. Maximize that time by doing what makes you feel good and gets you the results you want – fast! At my Saratoga Cycling Studio we are offering classes every single day except on Christmas. I know lots of my clients are excited to come in for a quick calorie burn before the festivities begin.
