Spoiler Alert! Did any of you watch this season’s Biggest Loser? If so, I am sure that you fell in love with Danni as much as I did. Keep in mind that this show is purely for entertainment value and I wouldn’t necessarily promote their methods to lose weight, but it can be a great tool to motivate you.
These are real people that need to get their health on track, much like some of us. Think of a time that you saw someone walking down the street and thought to yourself, “man, I wish I looked more like him/her”. Perhaps that person hasn’t always been so healthy or looked quite as good, and maybe they just started out their journey a little earlier than you.
The point being, is that most of us are a constant work in progress and no one is perfect. Accepting where you are in regards to achieving your goals can be very powerful.
Here is a little at – home workout to help you along the way:
20 seconds (as many as you can do perfectly and safely) push-ups (knees or toes)
10 seconds of rest
repeat for a total of 4 sets
20 seconds jump lunges
10 seconds of rest
repeat for a total of 4 sets
This should take you about 4 minutes and you get so much out of it! Remember, safety and form first!
