I attended an awesome “Iron Barre” class last night at The Hot Yoga Spot in Clifton Park, taught by my friend, Melissa last night (review next week!). I did not realize that this workout would be in a room set to 90 degrees! If you know me at all, you know that the slightest activity gets me to break out in a sweat, so this was not ideal. Sure, the object is to warm up your body and get you to emit some “toxins”, so it wasn’t odd that I was glistening from head to toe like everyone else.
Anyway, that left me feeling so thirsty all night long! I think I made about 4 bottles of carbonated water with our SodaStream last night (review on this product in 2 weeks!) and drank them all!
Did you know you should consume half of your weight in water ounces each day? So, if you weigh 120lbs, you should try to drink 60oz of water per day.
