Most of the folks that come into my Spinning studio are working parents or working students. They often ask me how to eat “right” when they are on the go, or just super busy in general. My advice is to have things in your house, in your office, in your car, or wherever, to keep you satisfied and without feeling guilty.
Here is a small list of what I like to snack on:
Sugar snap pea crisps (can be found in local super markets)
Apple and natural peanut butter
Snapz – these are basically crunch chips made from dehydrated fruit or veggies. I love the apple chips with cinnamon.
Natural almonds
Kind bars – I love the almond and apricot variety.
Dark chocolate squares – the Healthy Living Market and Cafe sells them individually!
Cucumber slices and hummus
