The Congress Park carousel costs 50 cents per ride, and parents are welcome to ride along with their children. QUICK Fact: Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa has a hand-carved horse featured in their lobby which was designed after the horses found on the Congress Park Carousel.
