Hyatt Place replaced all carpets, couches, and bedding in all 120 rooms in 2016. Each room has either king or queen beds and a roomy sitting area with a couch. All the rooms are virtually identical, so you can always expect the same spacious area to spread out.
“All rooms include a pull-out sofa, but there is still plenty of space even when it’s out,” Holly Nichols, Outside Sales Manager, told us. “And, some rooms connect to one another, so it’s easy to stay with friends or family and still have your own space.”
Besides the roomy accommodations, you can also take advantage of deals such as a Romance Package, where you receive a food and beverage credit, a bottle of Hyatt’s signature Canvas wine, and an earlier check in and later check out time.

Want to take a dip in a heated indoor pool? Keep up your fitness routine at the gym? Get your clothes cleaned without having to go off site? You can do it all at the Hyatt Place. They’re also pet-friendly, so you can travel with your furry friend. Hyatt Place even has a designated pet station for outdoor exercise, a safe distance away from the road.
Another lesser-known aspect of Hyatt Place is that they offer extended stays if you need it. In town for a lengthy stay? Between homes due to a delayed closing? Hyatt Place offers options like hash browns with roasted vegetables and rosemary, cage-free eggs, steel-cut oatmeal, whole fruit, and all-natural bacon and sausage. “All egg products are cooked in house,” Nichols assured us.

When it comes to planning an event – a corporate meeting, a wedding, a baby shower – everything runs seamlessly when it can all come together in one location. We’re talking a place for the event itself, on-site catering, and on-site lodging for those who need to spend the night.
Hyatt Place makes event planning easy, with a large space that can accommodate up to 200 guests; there is also the option to split the room in half if someone needs a smaller space. They can get a stage in there, a dance floor, there are TVs and pull down screens, and they work with an outside vendor for audio equipment.
Bring in your own caterer, or, for larger events they pair up with Longfellows, a renowned Saratoga Springs restaurant and caterer. Longfellows even has their own kitchen space here, and they’ll take care of the linens, chairs, and all those little details so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
The Ultimate Centralized Location – Close to Albany, Saratoga & Lake George
Hyatt Place is under 15 minutes from Saratoga Springs, about 15 minutes from Clifton Park, just under 30 minutes from Albany, and just over 30 minutes from Lake George. Many guests opt to stay here during track season, as well as other popular events in Saratoga, because it’s so close and you can avoid the possible higher prices and potential parking issues of the city.
For easy transportation to the track, take Hyatt Place’s shuttle for $10 per person round trip. For other locations, or if you’re in need of a bigger shuttle, they can work with an outside vendor for you.
