The Philadelphia Orchestra at SPAC: Enjoy Live Summer Performances

Although their 2020 season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the acclaimed Philadelphia Orchestra will return to Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) on August 11-14, 2021. All four programs will be led by charismatic Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin.

Highlights of the 2021 Season:

  • Seven SPAC premieres, including works by Philadelphia Orchestra Composer-in-Residence Gabriela Lena Frank, Valerie Coleman, Florence Price, and Louise Farrenc
  • A "first" for SPAC audiences as Yannick leads the Orchestra from the piano on Opening Night
  • A finale performance with violinist Joshua Bell
  • And more!

The Philadelphia Orchestra's performances will be offered in compliance with the current guidelines from the Governor to ensure the health and safety of artists, audience members and staff. In order to provide guests with the safest possible experience, all attendees will be seated in safe, socially-distanced pods.
