Went to the Balloon Festival Saturday night at 7 PM to see balloons (maybe the glow) and paid $20 for two of us. Petting zoo had a chicken, a goat and a boar. No balloons in sight. By 8 PM, even balloon baskets were being packed up. What happened to the balloon part of the festival? Waste of time. There is a good reason why there was no schedule of events. Very misleading venue. I paid to visit vendors and NOT see any balloons. A real change from previous festivals which have been outstanding. Trash bins overflowing, garbage not picked up. Sad to see this fine event in such a sorry state. Very disappointing. Events
