Interested in moving to Griffin's Ridge? Prices start in the high $300's, and your new Belmonte Builders home will have many standard features that are typically upgrades with other builders.
Some of the interior features Belmonte offers include quartz countertops in the main and master bathrooms, a tiled master bathroom floor, and kitchen cabinets with "soft-close" hardware. In addition, a few of the exterior features they offer include a sprinkler system, color coordinated shutters (per plan), and a generous seeding and professionally designed plantings package.
There are six floor plans to choose from at Griffin's Ridge with a mix of ranch, master up, and master down home types. If a particular floor plan catches your eye, the Belmonte Builders team will work with you to make it a reality. They can even modify floor plans if you have something slightly different in mind, such as a larger master bedroom or great room.

For those of you who like to get out and explore, the Round Lake area offers several great options. The DEC Boat Launch for Round Lake is located right up the road from the community, making it easy to go paddling and fishing. Residents will have direct access to the Zim Smith Trail too, which is open for jogging, bicycling, birding, and other activities.
In the village, you'll find a public library, concerts and performing arts at the Round Lake Auditorium, exceptional American cuisine at Lake Ridge Restaurant, delicious drinks at The Mill on Round Lake, and more. The community hosts a variety of arts, crafts, and cultural events throughout the year as well, including a highly anticipated antique show that they present every spring along the Zim Smith Trail.
You can also get in your car and visit downtown Saratoga or Clifton Park, both of which are located approximately a 10-minute drive away. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities in both communities.

- Customer chooses lot
- Customer chooses floor plan
- Customer reserves lot with a lot hold
- Belmonte develops a price workup for review and approval
- Once the price workup is agreed upon, the customer signs the contract
- Customer visits Design Center to pick out finishes and selections for the home
- Floor plans are finalized
- Construction begins
Depending on the length of the selections process (30-60 days), the whole project will only take approximately 6-7 months from contract to closing. After that, Belmonte Builders will have your dream home waiting for you.
