The Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce
will have a second trip to the United Arab Emirates
(UAE) from March 1-9.
The Chamber organized a 39-member delegation
of local leaders, educators and residents
who traveled to the UAE in September
2012. The trip will be a combination of touring
cultural sites, learning about urban and economic
development in Abu Dhabi and Dubai
and learning and experiencing the business
connections the country has with the U.S.
One of the strategic plan items for the
Chamber is to grow Saratoga County as a global
destination for business.
The cost of the eight-day trip includes; round-trip shuttle to JFK International airport, round-trip international nonstop airfare on Emirates Airlines, 4-star hotel accommodations, some meals each day, a tour bus, tour guide, taxes and attraction fees.
Additional information about this trip can be found at www.saratoga.org or by contacting Kathleen Fyfe, vice president of community development, at 584-3255 or kfyfe@saratoga.org.
The deadline for registration and payment is December 15.
