History

Did you know Bomber's Burrito Bar was founded on $15,000 won at the Turning Stone Casino at a poker game? No joke! It was then that Bombers' founder, Matt Baumgartner (along with his friend, Lynn Beaumont), pursued his dream of opening up the best burrito joint in New York! Bombers Burrito Bar opened up as a small lil' takeout restaurant in October 1997. Serving giant burritos and tacos for a wee little price, Bombers quickly became a hot spot for students, poor rock bands, cheap state workers and pretty much anyone with a tattoo or multiple facial piercings.

Since then, Bomber's Burrito Bar has opened up a kick-ass tequila and beer bar which has over 50 different kinds of beer, enough tequila to get your entire Friendster/MySpace network drunk and undeniably the best Juke Box ON EARTH!!!

Our upstairs bar & restaurant now has 20 beers on draft, a selection of 30 plus bottles of beer, and lots of liquor.

I just want to say Big shout out to bombers for being th bomb I ordered the honey maple bar-b que and mmaaaaan they were great my daughter introduced me to this delight and I must say absolutely fantastic! go there treat yourself to something perfect!

Bomber's Burritos are huge... huger than huge. Big enough to eat half now and save half for later and still feel stuffed. AMAZING food, very affordable. My favorite is the bbq pork burrito. I had never liked burritos my whole life before my husband made me try Bomber's and now I am begging him to return again and again every time I get a craving for them. Go on your birthday and get a burrito for free!
