Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
Just steps from the Complexions Spa patio overlooking the beauty of Congress Park, discover the restorative Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, also known as forest bathing.
Despite its name, you don’t need a forest to experience its calming effects. Simply being present among trees, flowers, and nature can help reduce stress, quiet a busy mind, and restore a sense of balance.
The evening begins on our peaceful patio with handcrafted mocktails and light refreshments as you learn about the science and wellness benefits of Shinrin-yoku. Following a gentle guided seated meditation, you’ll be invited to connect with a nearby tree, awakening your senses and cultivating a deeper connection with the natural world.
Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.
