Some are asking, why would I want to stay near Saratoga, rather than in Saratoga? Visitors have different reasons, such as:

  • Some prefer a quieter, countryside atmosphere.
  • Some wish to be lakeside (although, don’t forget about Saratoga Lake!).
  • Others prefer to visit Saratoga as a day trip from their Lake George or Adirondacks vacation.
  • Others wanted to stay in Saratoga, but hotel rooms and rentals filled up!

Saratoga Springs is a year-round destination, but is especially vibrant during the summer months, thanks in large part to the Saratoga Race Course. If you love the race track life, and wish to stay near the race course, make those reservations early!
