Thursday Market & Food Truck Corral

Where: The Shirt Factory, 71 Lawrence Street, Glens Falls, NY

On Thursday nights during summer, The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls hosts its popular Thursday Market & Food Truck Corral. Described as a mini carnival combined with a block party, this event has a steady rotation of food trucks and vendors with a variety of familiar dishes and ethnic offerings usually not found in the area. The summer-long festival also includes live music, refreshing drinks, children's activities, and more. Admission is free!

On select Wednesday evenings (5:00pm-7:00pm), restaurants in downtown Glens Falls come together to provide small plates ranging from $1 to $5 at Take a Bite! Head to the Empire State Plaza in Albany for this year's New York State Food Festival on August 16, 2023. Dozens of food trucks and vendors will be there, with plenty of activities for everyone. Entertainment will start at 5:00pm and feature a headlining performance by Robert Randolph & The Family Band with an additional performance by Flavour.

Lake George Garlic & Pepper Festival

Check out the Lake George Garlic & Pepper Festival at Charles R. Wood Park in Lake George Village on September 16-17, 2023 (rescheduled from June 17-18). The festival will have entertainment, food attractions, and tons of vendors with garlic and pepper themed and decorated booths.

Participating vendors will be selling a wide array of items that can be eaten at home, such as jams, hot sauces, baked goods, and more. You'll also find a nice selection of arts and crafts to purchase at the event.

Taste of Toga Festival

Where: Saratoga County Fairgrounds, 162 Prospect St, Ballston Spa, NY

Presented by Townsquare Media, the inaugural Taste of Toga Festival will be held at the Saratoga County Fairgrounds on September 23, 2023. They will have local food from the best Saratoga County restaurants, as well as live bands throughout the day and concerts at night. General admission tickets are available, or you can purchase a concert-only ticket. VIP tickets are sold out for 2023.

Adirondack Wine & Food Festival

The annual Adirondack Wine and Food Festival is one of Lake George's biggest summer events with the finest wineries, craft beverage producers, artisan food vendors, food trucks, and craft vendors that New York State has to offer. Get your tickets and plan your visit to this can't-miss festival. General admission includes a commemorative tasting glass that you can use throughout the event to sample craft beverages.

Adirondack Greek Festival

Where: St. George Orthodox Church, 55 Main Street, South Glens Falls, NY

This year's annual Adirondack Greek Festival will be hosted by the St. George Orthodox Church in South Glens Falls. On Thursday, July 13, the event will have plenty of food including gyros, souvlaki sandwiches, pastries, and drinks under the tent.

Then, on Friday and Saturday, these full festival days will feature even more authentic Greek food and dinners such as moussaka, pastitsio, Greek potatoes, rice pilaf, stuffed peppers, spanakopita, Greek salads, stuffed grape leaves, loukoumades (fried dough balls), many different pastries, and more. Stick around for live music and entertainment too.
