Women + Wealth is brought to us by Saratoga business powerhouse and influential local leader Catherine Hover. Hover is the founder and visionary behind the SHERO Fund and the co-founder of Palette Cafe & Palette Community; she also founded the first paint and sip in the region.

Erika Ayers Badan
Erika Ayers Badan understands what it takes to command a room and scale a public brand under intense public scrutiny. Bringing her marketing experience at global tech giants Microsoft and AOL to the table, Badan took the reins as the first CEO of Barstool Sports. Under her leadership, Barstool Sports grew to a $550 million powerhouse.
Today, she serves as CEO of Food52 and is on several board of directors. She'll be sharing insights from her career navigating leadership, growth, entrepreneurship, and taking bold steps forward.
Cherie DeVaux
Saratoga Springs native and multiple graded stakes-winning thoroughbred trainer Cherie DeVaux made history in 2026 as the first female trainer to win the Kentucky Derby with Golden Tempo. The colt went on to capture the Belmont Stakes as well, making DeVaux the second woman ever to win two different Triple Crown races.
DeVaux's story is one of determination, resilience, and what can happen when women step into spaces where they haven't traditionally been represented.

The name SHERO - a blend of "she" and "hero" - reflects the belief that women don't need saving. They need access.
