The holiday season is all about celebrating, and this week, there’s no better way to kick off the festivities than by attending Rivers Casino & Resort’s Thanksgiving Eve Country Rock Party.
Guests will have a blast listening to regional fan-favorites Skeeter Creek and Big Sky Country, who will be performing all the modern country and rock crowd-pleasers to keep the party going. Tickets are just $30, and they will also be available on the day of the concert. The doors open at 6:00pm with DJ Kevin Richards.

Start the morning off right at the 22nd Annual Christopher Dailey Foundation 5K Saratoga Turkey Trot! Before feasting on all of the delicious food, fit in a road race for a good cause. The final day to register is November 22; there will be no race day registration.

Mark your calendar for the return of the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train. The train will spread cheer throughout the area on November 24 in Mechanicville and Saratoga Springs and on November 25 in Fort Edward, Port Henry, Plattsburgh, and Rouses Point. Get an early start on your gift shopping at the 48th Saratoga Holiday Craft Marketplace at the Saratoga Springs City Center. Traditionally held on Small Business Saturday, this Marketplace features a variety of local and regional artisans selling their products.
