We signed up for this camping resort, we decided that we could not do it at this time and tried unsuccessfully for 7 days to have anyone call us back. I finally had to contact my credit card company to dispute the large down payment. I have never received a call from the management of these resorts to settle my dispute although, I called 5 or 6 times. I would be very cautious when doing business with them. As I was trying to find information after the fact, I found that many people have a problem getting their money back once membership is cancelled.
