Very poor experience. The food, drinks and service were excellent. I booked a reservation one month in advance for a special party, all of the guests being from out of town. I requested 7:30, the receptionist said 8:30, I told her that was too late for us, so we comprised on 8pm. One month later, a day before arriving in Saratoga, I received a phone call from Sperrys to confirm our 8PM reservation. Upon arriving at 7:50, the hostess stated our reservation was for 8:30. I politely told her it was for 8pm. She said "um well it's for 8:30, and the table isn't ready, there are people there talking." This absolutely was an error on sperrys part, and I would have appreciated an apology but was instead met with an attitude and unprofessional attitude. I was also embarrassed in front of my out of town guests. We left, returned at 8:30 and the table was STILL not ready, and this hostess (a red head/auburn hair colored young woman in glasses) again said "well the people in your table are still talking." Again, being very cold, never apologized, never smiled. We were finally sat a solid hour after arriving, I was embarrassed and annoyed at their lack of customer service. I still have the voicemail confirming our 8pm reservation. People reserve tables and provide credit card information for a reason ahead of time. Would never return due to the difficulty with them honoring this and the poor attitudes:
